The Food and Drinks

The food at Cadillac Ranch varies from full-on extravagant, prepared meticulously by experienced chefs, to a lighter casual focus with simple but delicious fare.

When you step foot into this eatery, you will not find a small plate of salad surrounded by blue cheese and hummus. Instead, you will be served with Fried Chicken Cobb loaded with all the good stuff. Once you are seated, order the Seafood Platter with colossal shrimps, such salmon and shrimp pasta, and the fried shrimp platter. While they look innocent at first glance, you will realize they are not only massive shrimps but individually hand-sized and housed in huge sheaths of golden flour.

Cadillac Ranch uses the highest quality wines and spirits available. They can source any style or region of wine as long as the price is right. But they hold firm to the belief that good wine with good ingredients should come at no more cost than good wine without artificial or fake ingredients.

The Experience and Atmosphere

Searching for a place to dine with a relaxed atmosphere? Then, Cadillac Ranch is the place to go. Do not expect the white tablecloths that you might get at finer restaurants. Instead, look forward to 30 flat-screen televisions, a state-of-the-art sound system, two full bars, an indoor fireplace, a patio, and rock ‘n roll references. They also have a private room for 50 people for a more intimate get-together.

We recommend giving the staff a friendly welcome and getting to know the key personnel. Talk to the concierge to see if she can help you with anything. The waiters will also be happy to answer all of your questions and will gladly help you plan and experience as you’ve never had before.

Here's Kenny. Welcome to my travel and lifestyle blog. I developed this blog to depict the lifestyle of a typical middle-class parent. The media has a habit of exaggerating what constitutes "average." I'd want to express how things appeal to me as a person who lives in a suburb of a big city in America. I'm a software engineer by trade, but I'd want to concentrate on things that I believe are budget-friendly and that an "ordinary American" would like. I wanted a site where I could talk about the activities I do.
